I have taken subscription of Big TV DTH service at my residence. As per the scheme given by the company that if two connections were taken at the same address than only half of the recharge would be required in second set top box (MULTI SET TOP BOX OPTION). My Smart card No’s are 200594623951 & 200594623648 and I have taken connection under MULTI SET TOP BOX OPTION in SEP 2008.At that time I have told the company Installation Engineer that the connection is under MULTI SET TOP BOX OPTION. Now I came to know from customer care that my smart card no’s are not under MULTI SET TOP BOX OPTION. As per the customer care advice I complaint the matter to the retailer & he is inspected the installation site but still my scheme has not been activated.

Why should I pay more for the fault of other. Pls help me.
