I just completed 1 year using BIG TV and the experience is pathetic. Now the experience is pathetic even after the picture and sound are good. Just because of thier Customer service and their wierd / confusing / contradictory explanation of things.
You will go mad if you ever want to change any package or deactivate any pacakage. It will be frustrating more because thier service executives does not know how to speak. you
So what's bad -
1. Confusiing pacakage settings
2. They will keep on charging you more with old pacakages even they does not exist in present days
3. Pathetic Customer Service.
4. Signals will be lost even on slightest of rains.
What's good -
1. Picture and Sound.
