REGARDING THEIR FAILURE OF GIVING SERVICES WITH IN GUARNTEE PERIOD

Dear Sir,

Myself Mrs. Kiran Tandon (reliance big tv subscriber id 200630088501) had taken DTH connection on 1st may and the company has a provison that they will give you 1 year free service.

During this period our setbtbox had changed twice but the problem remained as it is.

Again from 21st Sept. our set box had damaged. But neither their customer care is listening nor their regional officer is listening.

But our money is deduted on the daily basis

countless phone calls and mails i had sent but no respose is there.

Another thing, they have provide a toll free number but we can call it by reliance mobile

KINDLY INQUIRE THE MATTER AND TAKE THE SUITABLE ACTION AGAINST THEM
