I have unfortunately taken Big TV connection on September 21st. The installation was done but it took 6 days for activation. I had to see a blue screen on my tv for 5 days. After 1 month i realised the wrong pack has been activated. The channels i have subscribed for have been blocked. I have called up their call centre atleast 3 times a day for last 1 week. The customer care is very unprofessional. They dont have any technical expertise. All they do is take complaints and do nothing about it.
My problem is still not solved and my Rs. 3990 has gone down the drain. It is my humble request to all the people to not take a new Big TV connection, I dont want other people to go through this really irritating ordeal.
