Sir, there is an unauthorised telecom provider in t.d.i, mall, fatehabad road, agra..this firm is changing its name every year and taking service tax from all shopkeepers and they dont have service tax registration.first they were having its name of vichitra enterprises then vichitra telecom then vichitra hua telecom and now bihariji telecom..plz register complaint against them.the owner of this firm is mr.rajesh kapoor.plz take action against them. with regards.
