Dear sir,
I am a consumer of Bijnor gas agency, veera complex, civil lines bijnor since 09-01-1994. My consumer no. is B-6686. I had deposited my origional papers fo gas connection with Bijnor gas agency for DBC connection in 2006. But till today I dont get the DBC connecgtion. I had reminded the agency owner several times regarding dbc connection and return of origional papers of connection. Last week I surprised to know that the connection is sold some other person and I am not able to get the gas booking slip book and gas.
In bijnor a number of consumers are facing this type of problem. It is fraud. Pls suggest me that should I make a FIR against the agency owner.
