Land line not functioning

Dear Sir / Madam,

Kindly note that my friend's Mr Rajashekara T.S with tel No 2672 1630 in AGS layout is dead since 15 days. Further on Sat ie on 23rd I myself have booked a complaint with docket no 1506.

Till today there is no response. Further in Hoskerehalli exchange a lady gave me a tel no 2672 0999, for the same no body is responding.

We once again request conserned personnel to rectify telephone at the earliest.

Kindly note the importance of having land line number even though we all have induvidual mobile nos.

Please appreciate the issue and pls do the needful
