I got an agreement from prometric for new ibt toefl testing center. Once i had signed it and send back to them after a long time of one and half month when sandeep narayan South India Operations Manager was forced by Lincy and Avtar he simply replied that there is no requirement and wi.ll revert you once there is an oppprtunity .if at all there is no requirement who had asked them to send agrrement. I had updated all my systems infrastructure and increased Internet speed and if at all now they say this there is no requirement what should i do. Please tell me what should i do.
