Birla Mutual Funds issue with stopping SIP

I requested to stop my Birla SIP Folio no 1014580813 and 1014581487 on 13 the month of May by mail. Birla department requested me to go personally go and submit the hard copy to stop the SIP.

I did that on 25th of May.

But I am fail to understand still money is getting debited from my account. As there was not enough money in my account I even got fine for returning these direct debit.

I have attached my bank statement and please look at entry number 17 in my IDBI statement.

Normally it take 10 to 15 days to stop the SIP once customer submits the hard copy.

I really do not have ans to follwoing question:

1. Why my SIP are still running

2. What is the reason to debit money from my account even when I have submitted SIP stop request, by email and personally. In case Birla need scan of my personal request copy I have submitted to there office do let me know I will provide that

3. Now i wanted to know what is process to claim back all my money which they have debited from my account. This month SIP contribution and finance charges?

Hard copy to stop SIP was submitted in Kapil Towers A Wing 2, Camp, Pune branch. I even went and check and they are saying its already been stop in July. Now if thats stop why my is getting from my account.
