Theft of content in Courie

I had couriered dress material for my sisters son in kolkata from regional booking centre in delhi (Parampuri).

I was ensured that the courier would reach its destination safely.

Next day my sister reported over phone that she has received the courier but there was no dress material.

I went to complain the matter with the local booking office, it was shocking that they refused to take any note or investgate the matter either.

with an arrogant attitute they asked me to do whatever I acn to my capacity and it was not their responsiblity for any theft in courier consignement.
