B lazeflash Courier Service
Pathetic Courier and Customer care service

Blazefash courier is the worst courier i ever came across. Their customer care service equally pathetic. Thanks to CMD of Blaze courier services, because after their invention only customer care department responded my consigment is delivered on 12th day. I would suggest not anybody to use their services.

I am surprised to see that nobody has responded to my complaint mail. This is highly unprofessional and unethical behavior.

I didn’t understand what the significance of giving these emails id if nobody looks into the mails.

Yesterday I had talk with your local booking office (Dilshad Garden, Delhi) and they said my complaint number is 224, but they are also not aware of if anything is happening on this case or not.

Still even if you don’t respond to this mail then I would suggest you please send back my parcel to my address as it has lost its significance, and also I will lodge my complaint with consumer board site.

A very Good afternoon.

I had couriered a Rakhi on 11/08/08 fro Surat through your local agent situated in Vivek Vihar Delhi. Till today (19th August) I has not being delivered.. I request you please let me know the status of my consignment no 111613347

Before sending it for courier I have being assured that courier will delivered on /before Rakhi day (16th August). On Saturday afternoon (16th August) I called up your booking office delhi (Dilshad garden) and enquired about my consignment. I have been assured rakhi will delivered by evening, I still suggested them to give me contact number of Surat, so that local party can contact them and collect it personally. In response to this they had provided me given below numbers

0261-3206971 – Mr Harshad Bhatia

After making couple of calls we came to know that given numbers are actually wrong numbers.

Today morning once again I called up your local booking office and asked about status. During this process I had used some strong and not so good words, which I shouldn’t be using, but out of frustration I had used them as lot money (making local and STD calls) and energy I had invested in tracking my consignment. They had logged my complaint and asked for time till tomorrow evening (20th August) and also suggest me use fly first courier instead of Blazeflash courier in future as they don’t want to have customers like.

Thanks for your suggestion. But I request you to please track down my consignment for last time.
