Dear Sir,
Myself Sumit Agrawal r/o Bhilwara applied for PGDFP&WM-DLP with BIFM, Vanita Mandali Building Branch, New Delhi and paid full fees of Rs. 70, 000/- in lumpsum. My registration number is DEL-2AUG08-0011. I was told that every three months there will be an online exam for each semester. There will be total 6 Semester for the course. I got the notice, through e-mail sent by Mr. Sunny Sharma, of First Semester on 16.01.2009 stating that your First Semester Exams are going to held tomorrow i.e. on 17.01.2009 and on 17.01.2009 I got the requisite software at 11:27 AM in my mailbox. But inadvertantly I could not participate due to very short notice.
After all this I requested the Institite to Refund my fees as I am a very financially weak student. Just drawing a salary of Rs. 9000 per month from my present employer.
Till today neither I got my refund nor I got information about the examinations.
From Las two months I am following up the matter with Mr. Neelkamal Bhardawaj.
On 22.03.2009 he told me that "He had couriered the Cheque".
Then on 29.03.2009 he told me that " He received back the courier and has sent it thorugh Speed post". Till now I did not got any speed post containing the refund cheque.
Then I requested him on 22.04.2009 to directly deposite the cheque to my a/c number 241010103564439 with Axis Bank Ltd.
He deposited the cheque on 23.04.2009 in the evening. But I did not got it till now.
Sir, neither I got the Speed post not the credit in my account. It seems that Mr. Neelkamal Bhardwaj is telling Lies always. Because whenever I request him to send the details of the courier, Speed post and the Cheque Number, dated etc. he never gave the same and always telling that he is out of his office so he could not give at present.
He is not replying to my e-mails also. All the copies of e-mails exchanged with him and Mr. Vikas Trivedi has been sent by me to Mr. B.R. Bagari, Chairman and Mr. G.C. Sharma, Director of the Institute through courier on 25.04.2009 with a pray to Refund the fees paid by me.
You are kindly requested to look into the matter.
