I had undergone B.Lit., in the year 1999 and completed the course. But I did't not received the marksheet. I enquired from the university so many times. But no response. Then after I complained to Vice chancellor. Then I received the marksheet for 2001 only. Even that mark sheet is also not complete. One subject mark was left blankly. When I enquired about that they asked us to write the same exam again. Without knowing the result I wrote the exam again. Then they said that I had already passed in that exam. Without the marksheets I cannot continue my further studies. When I applied for TPT course, due to lacking of the marksheet of the 2001 by Madras University Sheets they cancelled the admission and now I very much worried. I don't know why the Madras University has become very worst. I have sent many hundreds of letters and phone calls. If this same continues, I decided to suite a case against the Chancellor of Madras University and also I am going to complain in the INFORMATIONS ACT
