Way bill numbers F44187624530 & F44187723904 send from HSBC Mumbai to my Cochin address have been returned twice mentioning address not found.
I have received many correspondences & C cards from HSBC previously through Bluedart. This is the second instance in last 3 months where Bluedart has not delivered the covers in my address & conviniently returned the same.
None of the staff has even bothered to contact me over phone /mobile in all these instances. This reflects on the deteriorating commitment of your staff to provide service & is an eye opener for me not to depend on you any further as a customer in my business.
