Dear sir,
there is one packet awb # 44356931872 was picked up from mumbai on 12th aug'11 for delivery at ghaziabad. This packet is not yet delivered at destination, I have called the helpdesk 3/4 times to inquire the status, every time I have been told that this will be delivered today. Now I have called again to them and helpdesk executive told me that your packet has been sent back to mumbai. I didnt understand the reason for the same and they didnt have anything to explain, this is just a harassement on their part for which I am bearing unnecessarily. Request you to take up the matter and get the packet delivered at my address.
