Non Delivery of Speed Post no EK333734784IN

I had sent very important documents by speed post on 23/03 from Bangalore GPO to darbhanga Bihar. Today it is 03/04 but the packet has not yet been delivered. India Post Speed post claim to deliver the speed post with in 48 hours. More than 150 hours have passed but the result is zero. I tried to contact the postal department at Bangalore as well as the Darbhanga office but as usual, no body picked up the phone.

I want my packet to be delivered immediately without further delay
