Illigal hutments near my society

Sir,

I am resident of bld no 89, Nehru nagar, kurla (east), mumbai since last 28 years.and have been puting complaints to BMC, mumbai for last one year for illigal hutments but L ward officers are not taking action. they are using illigal eectricity connection, illigal pipeline and cause lot of problem in near area. and day by day these huts are increasing near this pipeline. kindly guide me in this regard, i really feel helpless. there is no law in this country. anyone is coming and doing anything here. and we are just spectator.
