Volvo buses are taking huge fares and not putting AC in the bus. Daily i am travelling from Banashankari to ITPL in VOLVO. Nowadays the VOLVO service has become VOLVO ATYACHAR SERVICE. Yesterday-7-sep (it happens daily) at 7:00 PM from ITPL to banashankari 500C (in banashankari he changed to 500P) bus, the bus was fully packed. He has not put the AC. he has just put the fan (blower) butnot AC. when we asked conductor to increase / put on AC he gave the vague answer saying it cannot be increased. Travelling two hours in AC bus without AC is horrible and suffocating. Normal BMTC buses are better than your VOLVO ATYACHAR service. atleast they have windows.
either BMTC should give training to drivers on how to put AC not just fan or stop your VOLVO ATYACHAR service..Don't think passenger as fools who cannot differentiate between blower and AC.
Also, there is no place where we can give complaints about this things / drivers / conductors. even if wegive complaint no action will be taken by concerned authority (mightbe due to corruption..might be concerened authorities taking bribe for not taking action).
