Conductor neglect requests

Sir,

I got into the BMTC Bus no 600 F (KA 01 FA1623) which is goinf from Attibele to Banashankari this morning at 7.35 from B.T.L bus stop. There were two men sitting in the ladies seat. I requested them to get up and give me the seat. They refused telling that their oher family members are sitting in the front seat, they want to sit near them only. Even the conductor neglected my request telling the same reason.

I request You to take some action against this.
