On will conductors do not allow commuters to board the bus, . I was told by one bus conductor (500 KM) that he would have dinner before heading toward the last stop. His excuse was a plain lie as there are no hotels between the stop i was boarding the bus and the last stop. He simply told lie bcoz he knew i was having bus pass.
I would like to ask the BMTC authority who has given right to these crew to decide who boards the bus and who does not. If bus pass are not entertained by conductors then why does BMTC sell these passes? The behaviour shown by these people is highly unprofessional. As there is no one who is bothered about these complains BMTC must do away with these officers posts or outsource it some private firm and learn how to run these organization.
