Dear I want your help

I had recieved a letter (an e-mail) telling that i won a Bmw car plus 850000 pounds to be drawn through the royal bank of Scotland as a prize of Bmw online promotion on random selection of many thousands e-mail

and asked me a charge of 510 pounds for maling and vat plus insuranse

the referal no. given to me is BMW:2551256003/23 and the pin code isX7PyWM2007

I need your kind help if this is real or just a fake... thank you
