We are the existing customer of vodafone through matrix celluler Service Pvt. Ltd. since last one year. We are using post paid plan 499 which is effective from 3rd june (corporate connection for eleven mobile numbers i.e. series of 9873923581). This plan contain following facility...
1. Monthly rental - 499 /-
2. Free talk time mobile to mobile- 499 minutes
3. Free local SMS - 499 Nos
4. Among the group (Bodycote) - 10 Paise per minute (CUG)
5. Local call (Mobile to mobile & land line) - 60 Paise.
6. STD Calls (Mobile to mobile and others) Re 1.00 per minute
7. Roaming incoming - Re 1.00 per minute
8. Roaming outgoing (local) - Re. 1.00 per minute.
9. Roaming outgoing STD - 1.50 per minute.
Now this plan has been modifed by you. Now yuo are offering 664 minutes free talk time insted of 499 minutes but still, We are gating 499 minutes. I also talked in your customer care dated of 10th, 11th and16th july wih Mr. Sahil Mohamad, Mr. sobhar srivastava, Miss preety, Miss sweta, and Mr Akash Bhatia. one time they assured me on phone that, we can get that extra 165 minutes talk time. They suggested me to send a mail on [email protected] to ger 165 minutes extra talk time but after sending a mail they revert me after 88 houts that, we are not eligable to get extra modified talk time. this plan is only for new customer.
If you are providing such like service and information then it is very bad service from your end. Because in same plane, How can you offer different- different facility to different customer?
So, It is my request to you that please offer me the modified 165 minutes extra free talk time from next billing to continoue service in good condition. Other wise we will compal to stop your sevice.
