Refund Not Recieved yet

Hi,

I booked 4 IPL tickets worth Rs. 2662.36 on 4the April thee amount was deducted but thee transaction failed.

It has already been 19 days and i have not received thee refund till date.

I am calling thee bookmyshow customer support number continuously but no reply or call back from theeir side.

I even sent a mail on bookmyshow support email, but still thee issue has not been resolved.
