Refund not made

Hi,

I had booked 3 tickets for the movie London Dreams (U/A) Urvashi Cinema (Single Screen) Bangalore, for the show on 1st November from the net on Bookmyshow.com. Booking Id: URBL0000292524, Confirmation No: 292524.

This show was cancelled and the ticket price was to be refunded to my bank account. I have sent 2 emails in the last 4 days and there has been no response from the Bookmy show team nor the amount has been credited back to my bank account.

I suppose this is serious offence from the the URL owner of bookmyshow and completely ridiculous.

Please let em know if you can take this forward.
