Hello My name is Ashutosh Gajanan Atre, i have disconnected BPL MOBILE no . 9821197192 on 21st December, the same has been given in written upon which i received a stamp from BPL representative on it from Dombivli Gallery at manapada road. I had deposited Rs 400 as VBD deposit for increment in credit Limit. I had been told that after termination on no. i will receive this deposit within 60 working days. till date i have neither received a call and no response from them. Also inspite of requesting at gallery to correct the surname from Aire to Atre, he same has been continued till date. Now the Dombivli Gallery has been closed and the issue is still pending. Kindly look into this matter asap and expecting a soon response.
