I have my alternate mobile no 9773025200 in which in past my money was deducted
As the reason from bpl end call .came that when bpl called we pressed the star key due to which money was deducted,
where as from our end we had not done that.
Same thing happened today In spite of activating DND by learning lesson from past still, again we got call from bpl we did not activate by pressing any star key from our side for caller tunes, & money was deducted again
Now I want to launch the case in consumer court, For the same its been a long that bpl carrying us for ride
if I activated my dnd why did I get Calls from their end???
Also on the other end the post paid no 9821925550 I received calls from credit cards etc twice I lodged complain nothing was don, with the same no I was paying roaming charges in spite of me staying in Bombay whyyyyyy???
I sent lot off emails to bpl they never gave mereply??? so I want to lodge a complain in consumer court pls take a action
