Gas Leak not attended

We are using the Gas supplied By the Indian Oil Gas company through the agent Bright Gas, last time when we got it it was leaking, we launched a complaint and they instead of changing the Cylinder repaired it and again it is giving the same problem. Today we informed them and so far there is no action taken and if any un toward incident happens then it is the responsiblity of both
