BRINDAVAN GAS SERVICE
NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

Sir,

I recently transferred to Hyderabad. I am working in P.F. department. I have transferred my connection to the nearest Indane gas agency, in L.I.G, BHEL, R.C. Puram, Brindavan gas service. I have only single cylinder. Now my gas was empty and i have applied for refilling of cylinder and book on 06.02.2009 but after more than 10 days i have not got filled cylinder.

Here i am suffering so many problems due to un customed to food habit in AP. so far I face language problem also in your distributing agency because no body their who can talk either in hindi or english properly.

pl. appoint some competent person for handling grievance. Even your vendor are also not understanding what i conveyed him.

In these circumstances, you please affirm my request to make my connection as double cylinder so that, i can face least problem from your side.
