Not getting connected

My tello-phone number is 02525-276219 tarapur exchange maharashtra.my broad band connection is not getting connected showing tele-phone line is busy.i changed my portal password and broand-band password although i always filled correct password but not getting connected since last 15-20 days.

i approach local BSNL office but they are not able to solve this problem.

your BSNL broand service is not proper to make any further comments on it.please do the needful.
