Annoying work by bsnl

When i filled the bsnl form. I ordered for a Home 750 UL and i got one. Since it was unlimited i downloaded a lot. I was not able to view my usage/email with the user/pass that they gave. Finally today my email was working and i saw that i got a message from customer care stating that my free quota is exceed. And my plan was Home 250. What is this. My username is "chb3232". I request BSNL guys to upgrade my plan to Home 750 and re frame my bill. Please guys, dont do like this again. I have downloaded a lot knowing my connection is UL, but now...

If you have any doubts whether i applied for 750 or 250, check my bsnl form. Also, in bold, i have writtern Home 750 in my form. Please check it and take immediate action. Its an URGENT request from me.

Please do it immediately...
