Not sending user id and password

Dear Sir,

I am using your broadband since 2005 in telephone number 03326310474 without any complaint. After that I tranferred my connection to kolkata. The new number is 033-24944340 was was activated 20days back. But it is quite unfortunate that I am yet to receive my new user id and password. I call several times. They are telling me that i am going to receive within one days but it is not happening till date.

Please help me out.
