My self Harish manral, my phone no. is 22966538.
My broad band is not working about 20 to 25 daye before to till &
when i complainting about it to customer care department they will give no response for that, after that i complainted directly to Area Manger but they also not responseing about that compaint... and also they had not talking sense to the customer.
Who will pay the bill & Inconvience for broadband, your Deparment or..
...someone else...
If ur not able to give good service to the customers Pls ask...
If in two days my Broadband is not working, I will cut my Connection from MTNL...
Pls Take some Action About ur Deparment & ur ServiceS...
