Internet not working properly

My telephone is 0251-2250587 and is attached to Chinchpada Telephone Exchange. I have many a times went to the Exchange and registered my complaint in the register. The Manager was kind enough to understand my problem. However, the person attends the query do not have any technical knowledge about the internet connection. The present problem is unless the receiver of the telephone is taken out internet will not work. In short, while the internet is in use, I have to keep the land line engaged.

I would request to send a competetent person to my residence to solve the issue.
