I am facing regular problem of internet not connecting mostly between 7:00 PM to 7:00AM. Every time I try to connect the error message 678 shows up. During day time it works fine. It might be coincidental that whenever it doesn't get connected the DSL indicator bulb doesn't glow or glows intermittently. When I last booked my complaint through telephone It was attended with a promise that line will be checked for this problem. The problem still persists. It seems the staff is not able to provide me service for this problem. They call during day time and confirm that internet is working fine. Intermittently, it connects from my home place through desk top PC. The problem of not connecting between 7:00PM to 7:00 AM is not yet solved. I am facing this problem for the last one month or so. I am almost on the verge to decide to go for another service provider. My place is in Tilak Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Please look into it and take appropriate action to solve this problem on a permanent basis.
