My Internet is not working since 1st Nov, reported no of times & lodged complaint. Only, Twice people has visited in last 12 days at our residence, House No 684, sector 40 A, chandigarh & no body is able to rectify the fault & attending. When we are lodging the complaint that internet is not working, line man who visits will ask what is problem with phone, & when we tell it is broadband, he will simply go back saying, another concerned man will come & that day has never come in so many days. Pl take up the issue & get it rectify immly.
