Hi,
We are following up with BSNL Dept for the last 3 months for the bill plan which they are providing us is wrong. We have applied for 500 C plan but they are giving us bill according to 500 C plan regarding this I have submitted many application but they are not considering the same.
ALSO DURING THIS PERIOD THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED OUR PHONE THRICE DUE TO WHICH WE ARE FACING PROBLEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. NOW FROM LAST FOUR DAYS OUR PHONE IS DEAD BUT THEY ARE NOT WORKING ON IT.
Pls, look into this and suggest the appropriate solution for the same.
