Complaint details:

I am using pacenet internet service past 9 months. My scheme plan is 512/3GB,

512 stands for 512 kbps browsing speed & 3GB stands for 3GB download for 3 months.

According to all internet services, downloading speed is 1/8th of the browsing speed. So i must get downloading speed as (1*512/8)=64 kbps. But in reality i am getting downloading speed between

6-10 kbps which is very low. If i want to download a file of 1MB, 64 kbps speed will require 16 seconds to download it but 8 kbps speed will require 2 minutes & 8 seconds to download, which is wasting a huge amount of time & i am not getting a proper utilisation of my service.

I have called pacenet office (Girgaon branch) thrice on 13th, 15th & 16th of june.all the three times they told me that they will come & check the problem. But they are not bother about the problem & they have not visited my home yet. On 16 th of june i told them to visit my home before 2.30p.m. otherwise i'll make a complaint of you in the consumer forum still they have not come.
