Failure to produce Monthly bill

Dear sir,

Please guide me what to do I had taken a broadband connection of minimum plan of 250/pm in which there was 1Gb download free in the first three months i just got a monthly bill of Rs 250 taxes which was fair to my knowledge but in the fourth bill i was asked to pay a amount of Rs 16873.00/. On my further inquiry i was told that due to some problem BSNL could not provide the usage charges month by month therefore they are no put together in consolidated form in the fourth bill.

As there was no prior information to me about the over usage and extra charges in the last precedent three months, i was in a bona fide belief of not exceeding the limit of my Broadband plan which was 1GB free.

And therefore presenting over usage amount of three consecutive months in the fourth bill in consolidated form, without any prior information or warning of the is not just.

If i would have received the first bill with complete details of over usage then after paying the bill i would have either changed my plan to unlimited usage plan of 750/pm or discontinued my broadband plan

Right now i have given an application for change in my plan and fix the total amount due in installments which i will pay under protest.

I therefore request u to guide me if i can take my matter to consumer forum i am ready to pay the first month bill but the huge amounts in next two months bills have accrued due to their failure to produce bills monthly which is entirely their responsibility
