Time and again, it is witnessed I have been troubled badly by Broadband BSNL service. It shows, oppositely, instead expecting service from BSNL I am, myself providing service to the Biggest BSNL. It seems that nobody is monitoring the customer requirement, as per their promises and protocol of service. It shows that they are unable to provide the service. Here is some regular troubling features of BSNL:
1. The connectivity of phone (0891-2734393) repeatedly failure.
2. The slowest downloading even after high end PCs due to improper telephone cable laying, securing the joints or connectivity.
3. Always delays in attending the complaint.
4. The contacting of the customer care executive is always beyond anyone’s tolerance with phone: 1500. Answering machine troubles the customer for a long duration.
5. The question arises, who is responsible for my financial mislay and delay in passing the message to various websites and addresses? I am sure that way, very large numbers of customers are being victimized by the BSNL like this.
6. It is keenly observed those are aroused due to low qualities and old worn out cables, also manual fault generated by technician such as loose connection, multiple joints, lengthy cable than permitted improper laying out and securing to reduce the work load. Basically data down loading required firm connection and good quality wire. It shows that has not been done.
