Not Providing the salaries to employees

I am Neha Bector the employee of the company name Broad Way (India) Ltd. which is in Noida Sec-63, A-108, 3rd floor. U.P. they people are not roviding the salires to there employee from last 5 months & now the dues are too high i gave the resign because of my father's accident. Now please help me. i want my dues which is with company now . amount is 40000
