Hello i am here to state that i am having the same problem with this so called BSM/Grants Search asst. my bank account has been debited 39.95 and has acquired NSF fees of ($121) even after i called and talked to a customer service rep. and told her to cancel i can't afford to lose that amount of money due to my health and situation and would like to get some sort of justice to refunding my bank account.
P.S. and the numbers i have is to the customer service they claim to have new hours (9a.m. til 9p.m.) the numbers are as follow
