Credit card fraud

My ICICI bank gold credit card no. XXXXXXXXXXXX I have made a payment of Rs 3600 by the ICICI bank cheque (Cheque no.23150 date 03/11/07) against my above credit card, but the amount have not credited in my credit card account and they have charged late payment and interest also,

After giving a lot of complaints ICICI bank has not credited the amount towards my credit card, and twice in a day I received the warning to make credit card payment from ICICI recovery agent. Though I have made the payment but still Bank is not ready to credit Rs 3600 in my credit card account.

For the proof I have already send a scan copy of cheque paid and my account statement by fax and E-mail also, even after receiving the proof Bank is refusing to credit the amount, every time their agent / employee is giving the warning and asking to forget abt the money.

I have talked with following ICICI Bank customer care employee

1. Madhuri (CSR)

2. Rajeshwari (Manager)

Please help me in this case and give the resolution.
