Landline phone not working

I made a complaint to bsnl dayal bagh exchange on saturday 28th may around 11.50 am for non working of my landline no. 0562-2571069. Today is wednesday 01.06.11 the complaint is still un-attanted on speaking to the exchange people they say everytime that today it will be attended.

What should be done.
