I have a bsnl mobile no.9427710052 for which i have recharged with rs.55 of MESSAGE VOUCHER.it is clearly printed on that vocher also that it is message voucher.
insted of getting free messeg i got talktime.
i dont get any messge as printed on that vocher.
i have done complain about it in the call center of bsnl but they are saying to go to dealer
i have gone to dealer but he is saying it is bsnl company's mistake i cant do anything.
then i again call the call center so they told me again to go to bsnl office
i gone there but there there were so many complainants there there so i dont go to officer for an hour.
why i have to go here and there for their mistake?
if a call center cant solve the problem what is use of it?
why the call center is there for?
always busy call center for hours and no network in my phone is also a regular problem
