BARRING OF OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS

My cell phone no. in 9490610764. I have paid all my bills upto last month. But, my outgoing calls have been barred on 10.12.08 night and incoming calls have been barred from 16.12.08, in spite of my e-mail dated 11.12.08 informing to the Public grievance cell about my payments. MY COMPLAINT NO. REGISTERED IN THE PUBLIC GRIEVANCE CELL OF BSNL-AP, HYDERABAD IS 4793. My grievance has not yet been addressed till today.
