Dear sir,
in the name of ayyappa pack service my balance amount is eaten by bsnl and onmobile.com weekly Rs. 10 since last 2 months even if I have not subscribed that service. Pleare make arrangement to deactivate so called ayyappa pack and pay back the amount deducted from my balance account.
