Dear sir, newly installed telephone 06122360708 with braoadband connection was working with heavy noise causing broadband disconnected every after 2 minutes. For this over I complained over 198, personally met sdo bahadurpur, 10 times with no result. Sine 1stMay my phone has become completely dead. on 5th June it became functional. again on 10th May it became dead. More interesting personnel from bahadurpur exchange many time asked over phone about the function of telephone lately on 10th June08. In this connection I have mention that the person installing the telephone was demanding Rs200 for delivering good service from exchange. Now I am fed up with the phone want to either get the service corrected or permanently disconnected with refund of my cost of devices and securing money deposited.
