Officer is not listening

Dear Sir,

In our village near baba peda chauraha there is small telephone box which is damaged from 1 year and when the rain comes, then in our area phone connection get dead

we say to ADM and various officers regarding this but they are not listening

so plzz take a serious action regarding this and allow to pass a order to change this box as soon as possible
