Outgoing disconnected

Hi,

The outgoing calls for my telephone (080-26480316) has been stopped. The reason told that payment due. But, I did pay Rs. 1114 instead of Rs. 557 for Nov payment via Bangalore telecom district website. The extra amount which I paid is not given back to me. I thought that the same amount will be carry forward to next month bill payment. So, I didn't pay for dec bill as I already paid the same amount along with Nov bill payment.
