My landline phone :080 26698024 is dead since from 25-10 and the complaint has been logged with the firm on 26-10 under the docket No:0771. The complaint is not attended till today. The frequent follow ups with concerned Divisional Enginner do not fruitful and most ofthe times no one is available to attend when i tried to contact Area manager and General Manager. Totally I feel it is negligience & attitude problem towards customer satisfaction, beacause to attend the complaint it should not take more than a week in worst condition.
I hope atleast now the authorised people will awake from their deep sleep and satisfy the customers like me who are facing one or the onother problem with regard to servive in this telecommunication line.
